      <description>&lt;p&gt;And let me tell you, the difference it obvious in the product. I have 2 old Pyrex pieces from 20 years ago that still work great but have broken over 5 other pieces including one that I simply washed in hot water and set on a counter only to have it break in my hand upon contact with the counter. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
